NWBC to Hold Public Meeting (UPDATED)


What:             The National Women’s Business Council (NWBC) will hold a public meeting via web and teleconference to discuss progress on its research agenda, review work completed since its last meeting, and examine other goals and projects. It also will take public comments and questions.

Who:               The National Women’s Business Council is a nonpartisan, independent federal council created to advise the president, Congress and the U.S. Small Business Administration on issues important to women business owners. NWBC members are prominent women business owners and leaders of women’s business organizations. The Council is comprised of 15 members, including the presidentially-appointed chairwoman. Each member serves a three-year term.
