Accenture’s Diverse Supplier Development Program is a key component of its commitment to developing and expanding relationships with minority, women-owned, persons with disabilities, veterans and other diverse businesses. It is a 12- to 18-month program that offers classroom learning experiences and a mentoring program model that pairs senior Accenture executives with diverse supplier “protégé” companies to help them grow their businesses.
